Eastern Carolina Community Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications!
These scholarships are established by generous donors committed to furthering the education of the next generation. Each scholarship has its own specific purpose and eligibility criteria according to the recommendations of the donor. Justin O’Connor Memorial Fund Scholarship – Deadline Monday, April 1, 2019
Open to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to a 4-year university or college and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better. An academic and athletic scholarship will be awarded. Applicants must reside in the following Pee Dee counties: Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marion, Marlboro or Williamsburg.
The Michelle Yolanda Glenn Carey Scholarship – Deadline Monday, April 1, 2019
Open to Florence high school graduating seniors who also graduated from Theodore Lester Elementary School. Applicants must have been accepted to an institution of higher learning with the intent to pursue a degree and career in elementary education.
Wilson High School Class of 1945 Scholarship – Deadline Monday, April 1, 2019
Open to graduating Wilson High School seniors who have been accepted to an institution of higher learning (vocational, technical, specialized or academic) in the state of South Carolina. Applicants must have a GPA outside of the top 10% and demonstrate financial need.
FBi Construction Scholarshp Application – Deadline Monday, April 1, 2019
Open to students who reside in Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Marion, Marlboro or Williamsburg counties. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have been accepted to an institution of higher learning with the intent to pursue a degree or professional certificate in a construction related industry. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors or returning post-secondary students.
