Eastern Carolina Community Foundation (ECCF) is helping donors who believe in the importance and future of the next generation by investing in education. Scholarship funds will remain available to support students far into the future, and ECCF’s administration of the funds is carried out on a nondiscriminatory basis after careful review of eligible applications. Scholarship awards are paid directly to the educational institution where the successful candidate is enrolled.
